The shadow alchemy method is a healing tecnique that is used To break through and change completely not only your point of view, But your actions, motivations behind your actions, and ultimately to Live in a way that suits your true desires and needs. It is based upon four archetypes of shadow, and four archetypes of light.
With the intention to see how your own shadow parts are operating, ruling and conditioning your life, the process begins as to where you have no desire later to look back and go back to your old patterns, because you will get to a point of understanding why, when and where, you where doing that. By comitting to enquire, see and understand your ultimate self-truth, many issues and burdens simply vanish, but not after a thourough realization that leaves you standing exactly where you where before, hence with a totally different prospective, approach, feeling towards the issues you came to face.
